Formale Kontrolle der Einhaltung von Zeichnungsrichtlinien und Vollmachten bei eingereichten Anträgen und Bestandsvorgänge
Entscheidungen zu versicherungstechnischen Änderungen im MidCorp-Geschäft gemäß den jeweils geltenden Richtlinien der Branchen
Mitwirken am reibungslosen Ablauf der Geschäftsvorgänge zwischen Betrieb, Vertrieb und Kunden
Unterstützung der Vertriebe bei der strukturierten Datensammlung und Informationsbeschaffung
- Strukturierte Aufbereitung von Risikodaten und Informationen, sowie Erstellen von Angebotsentwürfen für das Bestands-Underwriting
- Mitwirkung bei der Einleitung von Maßnahmen zur Sanierung, Neuordnung und Bestandserhaltung im vorgesehenen Rahmen
- Erstellung der Antrags- und Vertragsdokumentationen
- Bearbeitung von anfallender Korrespondenz innerhalb Ihres Aufgabenbereiches
- Anweisung und Kontrolle von Zahlungsflüssen
Unsere Anforderungen an Sie
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum/ zur Kaufmann/- frau für Versicherungen und Finanzen oder vergleichbare Ausbildung oder langjährige Erfahrung in der jeweiligen Branche
- Freude an der Berarbeitung von komplexen Geschäftsvorfällen
- Hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung, Einsatzbereitschaft und Flexibilität
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
- Fähigkeit zum strukturierten Vorgehen
- Kunden- sowie serviceorientiertes Denken und Handeln
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office- und IT-Anwendungen — speziell Bestandsverwaltungssystemen
