Responsibilities:

Support regional controllers in managing and animating regional finance community

Assist with month end closing activities in alignment with Group guidelines

Produce monthly and quarterly reports to support business monitoring

Follow up, both financial and non financial events, through common KPI’s

Capable of understanding and supporting the process of Forecasting and Financial Planning.

Implement, document and maintain adequate and effective internal controls.

Educational requirements:

• Bachelor degree in the Financial field  

Business expertise:

• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in Accounting, Financial Controlling

• Experience in SAP (S4 Hana) preferred

• Proficient in Excel and financial modelling (Power BI, power queries, etc) is preferred.

• Expertise in financial reporting in a Group environment and in monthly financial & accounting   processes

 Interpersonal Skills:

• Strong analytical skills, self-motivated with ability to work accurately and to tight deadlines

• Demonstrated problem solving skills and ability to automate complex processes

•Proactive and team player mindset

• excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with Group, Regional and Local teams
