We are looking for a Graduate Junior Transformational Expert, Multinational Business to join our Allianz Commercial Graduate Program, based in Madrid.

The Allianz Multinational Business Model Transformation team is dedicated to driving strategic change initiatives that enhance our global operations. Working at the intersection of business strategy and operational excellence, our team collaborates across departments to implement innovative solutions that elevate our service delivery and business performance.

The Impact You Will Have: 

Based in Madrid and reporting to the Multinational Business Model Transformation department head, you will play a key role in supporting our transformation agenda. Your contributions will help drive efficiency improvements, enhance business processes, and support the evolution of our multinational business model.

Day-to-day activities will include: 

• Assisting in the planning and execution of transformation projects under senior team guidance 

• Supporting process mapping and analysis to identify improvement opportunities 

• Gathering and analyzing data to create meaningful insights for decision-making 

• Preparing documentation, presentations and reports for stakeholders 

• Participating in cross-functional workshops and meetings 

• Tracking project progress and helping identify potential risks 

• Supporting change management activities including training and communications 

• Researching industry trends and best practices in transformation 

• Contributing to the development of KPIs and performance dashboards 

What You’ll Bring to the Role 

• Recent completion of a bachelor's university degree 

• You are able to adapt and work effectively in different situations and remain calm under pressure 

• You bring excellent communication and interpersonal skills 

• You have a pro-active and positive attitude to teamwork, are able to assist others and take ownership of your responsibilities 

• You have a curious and creative mindset, are keen to learn and bring the enthusiasm to own and drive your personal development 

• Able to absorb information effectively from various sources, then analyse, study or examine data in detail, draw appropriate conclusions, and present solutions to others. 

• At ease with MS/Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, you have an interest in new technologies and AI tools and how they can improve efficiency in day-to-day tasks

• A basic understanding of artificial intelligence (AI) and its potential applications in business is essential.  

• Fluent English language skills and additional languages would be advantageous.
