Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of APIs within our SaaS platform, from requirements to delivery and continuous improvement.
• Define and maintain the API roadmap and backlog, aligning priorities with business and partner needs.
• Translate requirements into clear user stories and technical tickets and validate delivery using API testing tools.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, QA/UAT, business stakeholders, and external partners across multiple initiatives.
• Ensure APIs are scalable, reliable, and well-documented, supporting growing usage and integrations.
• Apply agile ways of working and actively represent the customer and integration partner perspective.

Bring to the Team

• Experience as a Digital Product Owner or Business Analyst working on API- or backend-driven products.
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, integrations, and backend delivery concepts.
• Hands-on experience with API testing tools (e.g. Postman) and quality validation.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to structure complex problems and make clear decisions.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and parallel workstreams.
• Excellent communication skills in business English; German is a plus but not required.
