Role Overview:

 

We are hiring a talented Cash Management Specialist to join our team in Bucharest office. The role is part of Bucharest Financial Hub which provides day to day and month end closing accounting and treasury services for various Allianz entities.

 

What you do:

 

Disposition and account management, including clarification of requests from banks or customers

Bank accounts clearing and reconciliation

Bank accounts contract management 

Incident handling, including corrections in Allianz Treasury Platform 

Managing database users in the Allianz Treasury Platform 

Monitor payments operations (cut off deadlines, incidents, daily reports) 

Bank fees, interest and FX margins monitoring

KPI review with customers 

 

What you bring:

 

Strong academic background (preferably Accounting, Business Administration, Economics) 

Mandatory experience in Treasury and Cash Management processes, accounting is a plus 

Ability and experience to work with big volumes

Efficient self-management of time

Proven command of English language (advanced verbal and written) 

Proven command of German language (advanced verbal and written)
