As a Technical Solution Lead within the OMS domain, you are the driving force behind realizing the solution architecture vision across the different streams of the OMS program:
1. OMS Application – delivered by AspenTech
2. OMS Interfaces – developed in-house by Alliander
3. Business Implementation – executed by Alliander

Ensuring seamless integration of the OMS application with supporting/legacy systems (including GIS, SCADA, etc.) through internally developed interfaces.
Acting as Lead Developer for the in-house developed components, such as interfaces.
Safeguarding alignment with the overall SCADA architecture and program — serving as the overarching technical conscience of the OMS project.
Driving the long-term technical roadmap and continuous improvement (including lifecycle management).

Within our OMS ecosystem, you play a decisive role in building a future-proof digital infrastructure. As a technical authority, you ensure that systems work together seamlessly, perform reliably, and are ready for the challenges of the energy transition.
You lead the technical team in developing and testing interfaces with systems such as Enterprise Asset Management, Field Service Management, NRG asset data, SAP customer history, the public ArcGIS portal, the Outage Data Warehouse (ODW), Identity & Access Management, and call management systems such as IVR.
Your expertise ensures that these integrations are not only stable but also meet our stringent requirements for availability and disaster recovery.

A completed bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT, Information Security, or a comparable field .
In-depth knowledge of integration patterns (e.g., APIs, ESB, Publish/Subscribe).
Extensive experience in software development and knowledge of cyber security within critical infrastructure.
Dutch and English at a minimum B2 level.
Experience with a grid operator, data management (incl. SCADA & GIS), and IT/OT integration.
Attractive salary and benefits package
Based on a 40-hour work week, you will receive:
A gross monthly salary of €6,311 to €9,016 (scale 11).
Annually an Individual Choice Budget (IKB) of 18% (full time) or 12.8% (part time) of your gross annual salary. This includes 5.2% ADV (shorter working hours) and 8% holiday allowance. If you do not work full time, you are not entitled to ADV. You can have this budget paid out as extra salary or use it to purchase extra days off, for example. You choose the option that is right for you.
24.5 days’ holiday per year, which can be topped up generously from your IKB.
An end-of-year bonus of 6% of your annual salary in December.
A sustainable employability (SE) budget of €700 per year. Choose a payment for a sport or hobby, to make your home more sustainable or to reduce your student loan debt with DUO, for example.
