Job Description:
We are currently hiring for First Party Collections in our Maumee, Ohio location!
This is a first party collections program centered on providing collections services for consumer card, commercial card, and consumer loan lines of business. Collectors on this program will manage a daily caseload of customer with the objective of collecting past due amounts while maintaining high performance in Quality and Compliance to provide an exceptional customer experience.
Pay: $17/hour
Location: 1684 Woodlands Dr, Maumee, OH 43537 (Onsite)
Training Hours: Monday through Friday 10AM - 7PM
Hours of Operation: Monday through Friday 10AM - 7PM

You will be eligible for Health benefits on the first of the month following your hire date, or coincident to your hire date if you were hired on the first of the month.
