Animal Emergency Center of Yorktown Virginia is GROWING!! We are looking to add an emergency veterinarian to our four DVM awesome team!
We are a privately owned clinic dedicated to providing state of the art emergency & critical care for small animals & some exotic pets. We offer laser therapy, hospitalization, bloodwork (Abaxis blood machine), and most emergency surgeries.
Job Description
We’re looking for Relief Veterinarians who are compassionate, team players and strong communicators experienced in Emergency Medicine. We are looking for Wednesday and Thursday overnights (6PM-8AM or 4PM to Midnight) and Saturday and Sunday day shift (8AM-6PM).
Qualifications
- Doctor of Veterinary degree, or equivalent, from an accredited university
- Active veterinary state license
- Current DEA License preferred but not required
- USDA Accreditation preferred but not required

What you'll do
- Provide emergency and critical care for small animals and some exotic pets. Perform emergency surgeries and other medical procedures as needed.
