We offer many services to provide the best comprehensive care to our patients including Preventative Care, Surgery, Dentistry, Cold Laser Therapy, In-House Diagnostics, Digital full body radiology, Medical and/or Vacation Boarding, and Grooming services.
Big Bend Animal Hospital is located in Riverview, just south of Tampa close to Brandon mall. It is a fast-growing area but maintains a rural feel. The proximity to I 75 allows for an easy commute to both the Tampa Bay, and the Sarasota area. Popular things to do in the area include Bush Gardens, Florida Aquarium and Zoo Tampa, beaches, boating, Ybor City downtown scene and more! Our public schools are excellent, making it an ideal area to raise a family!
Job Description
We’re looking for:
Part-Time Veterinarian
Compassionate, Team Player and Strong Communicator
Proficient in general medicine and surgery
Experience required (comfortable with soft-tissue surgeries, dentals, etc)

Qualifications
Doctor of Veterinary degree, or equivalent, from an accredited university
Current DEA License or obtained upon hire
Active Veterinary State License
USDA Accreditation or obtained upon hire
Hiring eligibility may be contingent to a candidate authorizing and completing a satisfactory background check.
