This role requires deep technical sourcing expertise to uncover “purple unicorn” candidates who are often hard to find. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of sourcing top-tier engineers in highly specialized technical domains and thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment.</p> <p data-start="1585" data-end="1606"><strong data-start="1585" data-end="1604">What You’ll Do:</strong></p> <ul data-start="1608" data-end="2686"> <li data-start="1608" data-end="1804"> <p data-start="1610" data-end="1804">Proactively source and engage candidates for highly specialized technical roles, including Computer Vision and Machine Learning engineers, Electrical engineers, and Embedded Systems engineers.</p> </li> <li data-start="1805" data-end="1980"> <p data-start="1807" data-end="1980">Utilize advanced sourcing techniques across multiple channels including LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, referrals, networking, and direct outreach to uncover top talent.</p> </li> <li data-start="1981" data-end="2085"> <p data-start="1983" data-end="2085">Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future technical needs.</p> </li> <li data-start="2086" data-end="2200"> <p data-start="2088" data-end="2200">Screen candidates for technical competency, cultural fit, and eligibility to work on defense-related programs.</p> </li> <li data-start="2201" data-end="2353"> <p data-start="2203" data-end="2353">Partner closely with recruiting and engineering leadership to understand technical requirements, program timelines, and strategic hiring priorities.</p> </li> <li data-start="2354" data-end="2457"> <p data-start="2356" data-end="2457">Maintain accurate candidate records and sourcing activities in the applicant tracking system (ATS).</p> </li> <li data-start="2458" data-end="2567"> <p data-start="2460" data-end="2567">Stay informed on technical talent market trends, competitor hiring strategies, and emerging technologies.</p> </li> <li data-start="2568" data-end="2686"> <p data-start="2570" data-end="2686">Support employer branding initiatives, representing ACS at recruiting events, conferences, and online communities.</p> </li> </ul> <p data-start="2688" data-end="2711"><strong data-start="2688" data-end="2709">What You’ll Need:</strong></p> <ul data-start="2713" data-end="3406"> <li data-start="2713" data-end="2882"> <p data-start="2715" data-end="2882">3+ years of experience as a Technical Sourcer, with a strong track record sourcing for Computer Vision, Machine Learning, Electrical, and Embedded Systems engineers.</p> </li> <li data-start="2883" data-end="2966"> <p data-start="2885" data-end="2966">Proven ability to find “purple unicorn” candidates that are difficult to reach.</p> </li> <li data-start="2967" data-end="3117"> <p data-start="2969" data-end="3117">Experience with advanced sourcing tools and techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, Boolean search, and other databases.</p> </li> <li data-start="3118" data-end="3202"> <p data-start="3120" data-end="3202">Familiarity with defense, aerospace, or government contracting hiring is a plus.</p> </li> <li data-start="3203" data-end="3289"> <p data-start="3205" data-end="3289">Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.</p> </li> <li data-start="3290" data-end="3371"> <p data-start="3292" data-end="3371">Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced, startup environment</p> </li> <li data-start="3290" data-end="3371"> <p data-start="3292" data-end="3371">Startup exposure is preferred.</p> </li> </ul> <p><strong>What We Offer:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Competitive salary</li> <li>ACS Equity Package</li> <li>Health, Dental, Vision Insurance</li> <li>Paid Time Off</li> </ul> <p><em>Allen Control Systems is an&nbsp;Equal Opportunity Employer,&nbsp;providing equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment.
