Trenutno iščemo specialista za pomoč strankam, ki bo nudil pomoč našim uporabnikom.

Vaše odgovornosti:

  • Komunikacija s strankami preko telefona in elektronske pošte ter zagotavljanje odlične
    izkušnje.
  • Urejanje naročil, menjav izdelkov in sprememb naslovov, da bo vse potekalo gladko.
  • Reševanje težav z nedobavljivimi artikli in skrb za starejša naročila.
  • Sodelovanje z drugimi oddelki za pridobivanje informacij in pripravo natančnih odgovorov
    strankam.
  • Podpora kolegom in pomoč manj izkušenim članom ekipe.
  • Opravljanje administrativnih nalog povezanih s pomočjo strankam in dodatnih nalog po
    navodilih nadrejenega.

Zahtevane kvalifikacije:

  • IV. stopnja izobrazbe
  • Najmanj 3 mesece izkušenj na podobnem delovnem mestu.
  • Tekoče znanje slovenskega jezika. Znanje angleščine je plus.
  • Dobro poznavanje dela z računalnikom (MS Office, elektronska pošta).
  • Odlične komunikacijske veščine, hitra učljivost in timsko delo.
  • Prilagodljivost na spremembe in želja po uspehu v dinamičnem okolju.
