Your main responsibilities:

- Będziesz koordynować i zarządzać strategicznymi projektami w obszarze Consumer Experience
- Dostosujesz sposób prowadzenia projektu oraz użytych narzędzi do specyfiki projektu przy jednoczesnym zachowaniu najwyższej jakości prac oraz najlepszych wzorców zarządzania projektami
- Będziesz monitorować i raportować stopień wykonania zadań oraz proaktywnie ostrzegać o ryzykach osoby zlecające wykonanie projektów, w tym Zarząd Allegro
- Podejmiesz współpracę z Product Managerami, Team Leaderami i analitykami oraz z partnerami z Business Unitu (Consumer), m.in. Dyrektorami Segmentów, Development Managerami
- Weźmiesz odpowiedzialność za rozłożenie na czynniki pierwsze pojawiających się business case’ów oraz inicjatyw w obszarze Consumer Experience
- Wyciągniesz wnioski z pozyskanych danych oraz przygotujesz ustrukturyzowane materiały w postaci prezentacji lub dokumentów m.in. dla poziomu Exec Team oraz CEO
- We współpracy z analitykami przeprowadzisz złożone analizy biznesowe

- Posiadają co najmniej 3 letnie doświadczenie jako project manager, konsultant lub jako analityk biznesowy w jednej z firm konsultingowych
- Potrafią proaktywnie i odpowiedzialnie prowadzić projekty oraz motywować zespoły do osiągania celów
- Mają wysoko rozwinięte umiejętności planowania, potrafią priorytetyzować zadania oraz działać pod presją czasu
- Potrafią patrzeć na sprawy z różnych perspektyw
- Mają doświadczenie we współpracy z osobami na różnych szczeblach organizacji
- Mają doświadczenie w analizowaniu informacji, wyciąganiu wniosków oraz przedstawianiu ich w logiczny sposób dla osób na poziomie Zarządu
- Bardzo dobrze znają narzędzia służące do prezentowania analizowanych przez siebie danych
- Biegle posługują się językiem angielskim w codziennej pracy
