Partner with business and product teams to identify, evaluate, and value potential acquisitions and investments.
Support the end-to-end execution of M&A transactions and strategic projects, coordinating due diligence workstreams across internal teams and external advisors.
Build and maintain financial models and business cases that serve as the single source of truth for valuation and decision-making.
Prepare high-quality investment memos and presentation decks for the Executive Team, synthesizing complex data and feedback from different teams into clear, actionable recommendations.
Identify emerging technology trends and market opportunities to educate business leaders and inform strategic decisions.
4-6 years of experience in Investment Banking, Transaction Advisory, Corporate Development, or Strategy Consulting.
Demonstrated proficiency in financial modeling, valuation (DCF, LBO), and financial statement analysis.
Ability to evaluate business models, competitive landscapes, and strategic rationale for potential investments.
Experience managing complex transaction processes and coordinating cross-functional teams
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate financial data for non-finance stakeholders.
Proven track record of rigorous analysis and attention to detail in a deal environment.
