Glavne odgovornosti:
- izvajanje postopkov v skladu z navodili vodje in procesov, definiranih znotraj poslovnega sistema podjetja
- sprejem strank, izdaja naročil in telefonska komunikacija s strankami
- prodaja blaga iz zaloge ter svetovanje strankam
- poslovanje z blagajno
- sprejem odstopov od pogodbe in garancijskih zahtevkov strank
- prevzem blaga za prodajo in izdajo strankam
- oddaja vračil in reklamacij logističnemu ponudniku
- skrb za red, čistočo in urejenost skladišča
- urejanje in arhiviranje dokumentov
- opravljanje drugih občasnih ali nujnih del po nalogu nadrejenega
Iščemo osebo, ki:
- najmanj IV. stopnja izobrazbe
- najmanj 1 leto izkušenj na podobnih delovnih mestih
- poznavanje orodij MS Office (Excel, Word) in Google orodij
- dobro znanje angleškega jezika
- komunikativnost ter sposobnost timskega dela
- samostojnost pri odločanju, presoji in prevzemanju odgovornosti
- kreativnost in inovativnost

What you'll do
- The main responsibilities include executing procedures as per the manager's instructions, handling customer orders, and managing sales transactions. Additional tasks involve maintaining the cleanliness of the warehouse and processing returns and complaints.
