About this role

As an Application Administrator in the DAX Support team, you will join a department that acts as a strategic partner for all Allegro 1P areas, including Business, Finance, Customer Experience, and Operations. We provide tailored software solutions (primarily based on Microsoft DAX ERP and WMS) that enable and enhance business and operational processes.

Your mission will be to serve as the first point of contact for our business partners, ensuring the stability of daily operations while actively contributing to further technical development of systems and processes.

 

Your main responsibilities:

 

  • Support business partners in an efficient and effective way by sharing knowledge, analysing and providing timely resolution for support tickets and actively participating in incident management.
  • Be a trusted partner - apply your expertise to deliver high quality solutions and thoughtful answers.
  • Cooperate with 2nd line support teams to properly escalate issues and actively drive knowledge transfer between teams.
  • Evaluate the technical feasibility and set priority for low- to medium-complexity system development needs.
  • Cooperate with software developers in order to design, test and implement high-quality solutions for those needs.
  • Improve applications and processes in compliance with functional and technical designs.
  • Facilitate technical integrations between DAX and external partners through API.
  • Monitor system performance, proactively address risks and bottlenecks within process or system throughput.
  • Provide diligent on-duty. 
  • Produce clear and structured documentation for end-users.



This is the right job for you if:

 

  • You have a University degree (Logistics, Finance or EECS - Electrical Engineering and Computer Science )
  • You’re fluent in English (min. B2) and Polish (C1)
  • You’ve worked in Retail or at least have an understanding of basic retail terminology
  • You’ve been working within Microsoft DAX2012 and/or Microsoft D365 F&O
  • You’re knowledgeable with financial processes within ERP-class systems (experience working in- or cooperating directly with Finance departments would be an advantage)
  • You have some experience working with Microsoft Azure and/or Google Cloud Platform 
  • You know what SOAP and REST APIs are AND you’re able to read the API documentation
  • You like working with and helping people and you display strong communication and cooperation skills 
  • You’re a fast learner
  • You’re able to manage your time and workload independently
  • Basic skills in reading/writing code (ie. SQL) is nice to have, as well as ITIL Foundations certification
