As a Utility Operator for Allegion, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machines and operating systems to ensure operations are running smoothly. Previous manufacturing experience is preferred, however don't let this deter you from applying as we will support you in your training and development!

We are hiring for SECOND SHIFT.

Hourly Starting Pay $18.35 plus $0.75 shift differential.

What You Will Do:

Operate machines in a safe manner per Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). 

Set up tooling or station based on SOP. 

Monitor processes as parts are being produced to ensure quality and accuracy documenting the operations performed. 

Verify all operations have been inspected and completed before moving completed parts to next work cell. 

Organize and maintain the work area. 

Maintain all the machines as instructed by the preventative maintenance documentation. 

Perform advanced tasks under minimal supervision.

Assist less experienced team members.

What You Need to Succeed:

Manufacturing experience (preferred)

Previous operating experience

Ability to work under minimal supervision

Ability to handle complex issues and problems

Ability to understand and follow directions

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Ability to pass all required drug screen and background checks

Team player attitude

Manual dexterity
