Objetivo:

Operar los sistemas de informacion de Recursos Humanos para generar la informacion necesaria y útil para las operaciones de manufactura de la plantas en lo relativo a Relaciones Laborales, Elaboración de Prenomina y Reclutamiento y selección.

Responsabilidades sobre objetivos:

  • Asegurar la captura de incidencias en el sistema de Control de asistencia en tiempo y forma.
  • Asegurar la captura de personal de Nuevo Ingreso en los diferentes sistemas de la empresa.
  • Asegurar la integridad de los expedientes de personal activo e inactivo. 
  • Hacer requisiciones para pagar diversos servicios.
  • Reclutamiento, Selección e Incorporación del personal Hourly Direct.
  • Soporte en Reclutamiento, selección e incorporación del personal Hourly Indirect.
  • Integrar el expediente de personal activo e inactivo para entregarlo a  HRSS.
  • Administración de los registros de entrenamiento.
  • Elaboración de DC1, DC2, DC3, DC4 y DC5 para auditorias de entrenamiento ante la STPS. 
  • Colaborar en el  proceso de certificación de personal hourly.
  • Manejo y administración del métrico de Ausentismo y Rotación
  • Apegarse a los procedimientos y controles de Recursos Humanos.
  • Dar soporte al personal en los servicios generales (Recepción de Memos de Permiso sin goce de salario y Vacaciones, Transporte, Comedor, Casilleros, cartas de trabajo, gafetes etc.)
  • Colaborar en la coordinación de eventos en la organización.
  • Asegurar todo lo relacionado con la capacitación del personal desde el nuevo ingreso hasta la entrega en piso.

Requisitos:

  • Universidad Completa
  • Sistemas Tress Revolution, Workday, MS Office
