You should also be able to attract candidates using various sources, like social media networks and employee referrals. Our ideal recruiter has work experience in screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates. Ultimately, the responsibilities of the Recruiter are to ensure our company attracts, hires and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline. Must have the ability to work additional overtime hours either mornings or nights and weekends. Responsibilities Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals. Review resumes, conduct phone screenings, and interview candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and experience. Build and maintain relationships with candidates to understand their career objectives, preferences, and motivations. Match candidates with job openings based on their skills, experience, soft skills,and aptitudes with client companies. Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, providing guidance and support throughout the hiring process. Negotiate job offers, terms, and compensation packages with candidates on behalf of clients. Collaborate with account managers and clients to understand their hiring needs and priorities. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and documentation in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Provide feedback to candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process, addressing any concerns or questions. Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges. Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process Promote company’s reputation as “Best Place to Work” QualificationsQualifications Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field preferred. Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or human resources either as in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with candidates and clients. Proven ability to source and recruit candidates using a variety of methods and tools. Excellent interviewing and assessment skills, with the ability to evaluate candidates' qualifications and potential. Knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices related to recruiting and hiring. Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting software preferred. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and customer service. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple assignments.
