Vermeer All Roads in Manassas is hiring an Experienced Diesel Technician/Mechanic to assist our customers and diagnose, repair, and maintain Vermeer construction equipment. Compensation & Schedule $25-40/hr based on experience, Full Time Monday - Friday.
Production Bonuses and Sign on Bonuses available

Responsibilities
- Service, repair, and recondition Vermeer equipment (shop and field) as directed by the Manager
- Diagnose malfunctions in hydraulic, electrical, and hydrostatic systems
- Perform welding/fabrication as needed
- Recommend/document repairs and prepare accurate cost estimates
- Maintain detailed and accurate service records
- Stay current on industry trends and technical advancements
- Communicate with OEM/factory for technical support
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Hands-on experience with hydraulics and electrical troubleshooting
- Welding experience preferred
- Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills
