<p><strong>Salary Range: </strong>$55,000-$60,000</p>
<p>The Benefits Analyst supports the Benefits team by maintaining and improving processes to ensure carrier portals, file feeds, and systems run accurately. This role owns benefits data integrity and ensures health, life, 401(k), and fringe benefits are administered correctly, including payroll deductions and ACA compliance. The Analyst audits external hours to determine benefits eligibility, supports ACA reporting, and plays a key role in implementations, file feeds, and new benefit vendor buildouts. This position requires strong attention to detail, organization, comfort working across multiple systems (including UKG Ready and Excel), and strong problem-solving skills.</p>
<p><strong>Duties/Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Analyze all file feed feedback that we receive weekly from each of the 6 carriers set up with EDIs</li>
<li>Play large role in file feed implementations and updates to ensure data integrity. Testing scenarios and final audits prior to and after go-live</li>
<li>Determine cause of issue and resolve problems determined through file feedback by performing consistent checks and balances to all plans such as:
<ul>
<li>HSA</li>
<li>FSA</li>
<li>DCA</li>
<li>HRA</li>
<li>401K</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Monthly, in depth auditing of all member lives on carrier bills/carrier active participant list to ensure no undue billing is occurring.

<li>Consistent auditing of terminations, finish forms, extensions for ACA/self funded purposes</li>
<li>Ownership of health plan cost analysis, tracking and reporting. Work heavily with accounting and finance teams to assist in forecasting and providing necessary reporting for teams to track plan performance and spend.</li>
<li>Consistent innovation through use of technology to enhance automations</li>
<li>Handle all EDI Feedback from systems (multiple carrier reports)</li>
<li>Own ACA Annual filing including 1095c generation and auditing as well as IRS submission process for all other related ACA filings/forms</li>
<li>Open Enrollment scheduling, system maintenance/annual changes to plans in UKG email blasts, completed/noncompleted enrollment audits multiple times a day.
<ul>
<li>Make all backend UKG changes and update plan integrations/file feeds as ALKU makes carrier changes</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Vendor Movement Projects and ownership of new implementations as well as file feed integrations and rebuilds</li>
<li>Actively maintain file feeds and work with vendors to find and correct integration issues as they arise</li>
</ul>
