We are looking for an experienced Infor Workforce Management (WFM) Functional / Support Consultant to work on AMS support, enhancements, configuration, and integrations for enterprise time & attendance and workforce management systems. The role involves incident management, configuration, testing, integrations, and production support in a complex enterprise environment.
Participate in full AMS lifecycle including:
Support & Maintenance
Enhancements
System upgrades
SLA management
Handle Incident, Problem & Change Management:
Incident logging, triage, tracking, resolution
Root cause analysis and permanent fixes
Work with ITSM tools (ServiceNow) for L1/L2/L3 support
Support hypercare, deployments, and production releases
Perform:
Configuration and reconfiguration
Upgrades and enhancements
Implementation support and UAT
Maintain DEV/Test environments aligned with Production
Prepare and maintain:
Functional & Technical Design Documents
Test strategies, test cases
User training & implementation documentation
Configure and support:
Time & Attendance (Timesheets, Pay Rules, Security, Pay Groups, Calculation Groups)
Accruals (Policies, Entitlements, Assignments)
Scheduling & Advanced Scheduling (Shift Patterns, MVS, LFSO)

2 – 6 years of experience in:
Infor WFM or
Any Time & Attendance / Workforce Management system
Strong hands-on in:
Timekeeping configuration
Pay rules & policies
Scheduling & attendance management
Infor WFM:
Data structures
Configuration
Integrations
Modules:
Time & Attendance
Accruals
Scheduling & Advanced Scheduling
Job Scheduling
Reporting:
SQL-based reporting
Cognos (preferred)
Working knowledge of:

Infor WFM 6.2.4+ or Infor WFM Cloud (preferred)
Infor WFM Certification
ITIL V3 Foundation Certification

Mobility / ETM / Mobile workforce features
