Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality client service by meeting internal and external deadlines and ensuring operational excellence in O2C-CA processes.
  • Oversee weekly/monthly project and contract setups, including reversals, revenue recognition, and billing metrics.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the team, guiding them to achieve KPIs and performance targets.
  • Create and maintain process documentation and ensure compliance with policies and controls.
  • Manage close processes to maintain accuracy while meeting reporting timelines.
  • Organize and plan quarterly and annual financial reporting requirements.
  • Identify and resolve financial reporting issues proactively.
  • Maintain accurate records to support audit trails and ensure data integrity in financial statements.
  • Drive process improvements and enhance controls for efficiency.
  • Participate in system implementations and special projects.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers and finance team members to ensure smooth operations.
  • Provide floor support and act as a backup for other accounting and finance staff when needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Education: Graduate in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in finance or accounting domain, preferably in OTC processes.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Strong communication skills with excellent listening and interpersonal abilities.
  • Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and time management skills.
  • Ability to think strategically, analytically, and creatively to solve problems.
  • Proven leadership skills to coach and influence team members effectively.
  • Ability to manage change and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
  • Flexibility to travel as required.
