As a Delivery Manager at Alien, you will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery - from kickoff to closure.Client & Communication
- Act as the single point of contact for clients.
- Build strong rapport and trust through clear, confident communication.
- Set realistic expectations on scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Proactively flag risks, delays, and dependencies - no surprises.
- Plan projects across design, Web flow development, branding, and video
- Break work into clear milestones, timelines, and responsibilities.
- Track progress, manage changes, and keep projects moving.
- Ensure delivery stays aligned with scope, quality, timeline, and budget.
- Coordinate designers, developers, and video teams efficiently.
- Balance workloads and priorities across multiple projects.
- Create, improve, and enforce simple, effective SOPs.
- Keep tools like Notion, Clickup, Asana, Slack, and Figma clean and up to date.
- Think on your feet and handle real-world constraints.
- Resolve blockers quickly - internally and with clients.
- Be practical, not theoretical. Outcome-driven, not process-heavy.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For- 2–5 years of experience in project or delivery management, preferably in a design, digital, or creative agency.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX, Web flow projects, branding workflows, and creative delivery.
- Excellent planning, prioritization, and follow-up skills.
- Confident communicator who can say no, push back when needed, and still keep clients happy.
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and stakeholders at once.
- Familiarity with Figma, Web flow, Notion, Asana, Slack,PM Tools is a mandatory.
- Smart: You understand how things really work, not just how they should.
- Organized but flexible: You love structure but adapt fast when things change.
- Clear communicator: You simplify chaos and make things understandable.
- Hands-on: You don’t wait to be told - you take ownership.
- Calm under pressure: Tight timelines don’t throw you off.
