About this role
¿Cuál será tu desafío?
Desarrollar, Planificar y co-liderar la gestión de las relaciones colectivas laborales de la empresa, con los sindicatos y especialmente con sus colaboradores, con el objetivo de CUMPLIR con la estrategia definida y mantener un ambiente de trabajo armonioso y productivo, previniendo conflictos laborales, todo dentro del marco de ley como mínimo.
¿Qué harás en tu rol?
- Negociación Colectiva: Contribuir con la definición de la estrategia y gestionar su cumplimiento. Asimismo, participar en las negociaciones colectivas y/o acuerdos laborales con sindicatos o sus representantes.
- Gestion de conflictos: Contribuir con la identificación y desarrollo del plan estratégico para minimizar los conflictos laborales.
- Inspecciones Laborales & Demandas Judiciales laborales: Liderar los espacios de estrategias y definición de medios probatorios y atención de inspecciones laborales & demandas judiciales laborales mitigando riesgos para la compañía, siempre acompañado del área legal.
- Análisis y seguimiento: Analizar y seguir las tendencias y cambios en las Relaciones Colectivas y el entorno laboral.
- Desarrollo de Políticas Laborales: Desarrollar e implementar políticas laborales que promuevan la igualdad, justicia, bienestar y cumplimiento de las normas socio-laborales.
- Gestión con los gremios empresariales en los rubros laborales: Participar activamente en los gremios empresariales relacionados a temas laborales.
- Tercerización: Liderar y asegurar el cumplimiento de la Política de Tercerización mitigando riesgos en dicho frente.
¿Qué necesitamos de ti?
Conocimientos:
- Profesional graduado en Ingeniería Industrial, Administración, Relaciones Industriales o carreras afines.
- Conocimiento de las mejores prácticas del mercado en Relaciones Laborales.
- Conocimientos especializados en el área legal laboral.
- Inglés a nivel intermedio.
- Excel avanzado
- Manejo del SAP
Experiencia:
- Experiencia de 5 años en Relaciones Laborales.
- Experiencia de 5 años en diversos temas Sindicales.
- Experiencia en Negociaciones Colectivas
