¿Cuál será tu desafío?
Asegurar el cumplimiento de los sistemas de gestión de Seguridad Industrial, Salud Ocupacional, Medio Ambiente y Calidad.
Así como gestionar y controlar los procesos productivos de la planta con la finalidad de garantizar la elaboración de productos terminados que satisfagan las expectativas de los clientes, optimizando el uso de los recursos, desarrollando a nuestro personal y manteniendo altos estándares de productividad y eficiencia.
¿Qué harás en tu rol?
- Supervisar los procesos productivos de la planta y administrar eficientemente los recursos.
- Acompañar a la jefatura en las atenciones de Mantenimiento e identificar anomalías en los procesos.
- Participar del cumplimiento de los estándares del Modelo de Excelencia Operacional.
- Coordinar y colaborar con otras vicepresidencias y direcciones de la empresa, como VP Finanzas, VP Consumo Masivo, Dirección de Auditoría, entre otras.
¿Qué necesitamos de ti?
- Profesionales de Ingeniería Industrial, Industrias Alimentarias, Ingeniería Mecánica o carreras afines
- Deseable contar con especialización en Sistemas de gestión de calidad, seguridad y/o medio ambiente
- Experiencia en Lean Manufacturing, Lean Six Sigma u otras metodologías o herramientas de mejora de procesos.
- Conocimiento en HACCP
- Deseable dominio de SAP.
- Dominio de Excel a nivel intermedio – avanzado.
- Deseable dominio de Ingles a nivel intermedio.
- Contar con experiencia de 3 años en posiciones como Ingeniero o Supervisor de Producción o Manufactura en plantas industriales de consumo masivo, cuidado personal o afines.
