About this role
¿Cuál será tu desafío?
Ser el responsable de apoyar en la estructuración, implementación y seguimiento de soluciones de capital de trabajo a nivel corporativo (confirming, venta de cartera, supply chain finance, entre otros), así como en el análisis y ejecución de sinergias financieras derivadas de procesos de fusiones y adquisiciones (M&A). El rol tiene un enfoque analítico, transversal y estratégico, interactuando con bancos, áreas internas y equipos de finanzas de las distintas compañías del grupo.
¿Qué harás en tu rol?
- Apoyar en el diseño, implementación y administración de soluciones de capital de trabajo (Supply Chain Finance, factoring, confirming, entre otros).
- Monitorear el desempeño de los programas de capital de trabajo, incluyendo montos, plazos y tasas.
- Coordinar con bancos y proveedores para la implementación de estrategias de capital de trabajo.
- Elaborar análisis financiero y presentaciones para directorio, inversionistas y contrapartes externas.
- Colaborar en la evaluación de sinergias de tesorería y capital de trabajo en los procesos de M&A y post-adquisición.
- Asegurar la correcta documentación y cumplimiento de los lineamientos internos.
- Coordinar con las áreas internas como Contabilidad, Planeamiento Financiero, Compras, Legal y equipos financieros de las subsidiarias.
- Liderar los procesos de onboarding de proveedores y clientes a programas financieros.
- Participar en iniciativas de mejora continua y estandarización de procesos de tesorería.
¿Qué necesitamos de ti?
- Profesional de la carrera de Economía, Ingeniería Industrial, Administración, Finanzas o carreras afines.
- Experiencia mínima de 3 años en áreas de Finanzas Corporativas, Tesorería, Planeamiento Financiero, o áreas relacionadas.
- Conocimiento y manejo de indicadores financieros, extracción de información financiera, análisis de KPIs u otros relacionados.
- Manejo de inglés a nivel intermedio.
- Manejo de Microsoft Excel a nivel intermedio.
- Manejo de SAP a nivel intermedio.
