About this role
¿Cuál será tu desafío?
Entendimiento de la realidad de la actividad de planta con el objetivo de determinar el costo de producción de los productos asignados y proyectar los gastos industriales de planta y ser capaz de explicar las variaciones de ambos.
¿Qué harás en tu rol?
- Ejecutar proyectos de mejora continua que optimicen los procesos del Área.
- Validación en la planta asignada el cierre de la producción mensual, apoyando en el cierre de las órdenes de fabricación y el posterior análisis de rendimientos.
- Calcular márgenes de MP Commodities, determinación del Costo de Producción real del mes a nivel SKU por centro.
- Monitorear la determinación del costo de venta real a nivel SKU centro productivo.
- Revisar producción Real por SKU a nivel de componentes y actividades.
- Revisar y validar consistencia de los kardex de PT y MP para la realización de la proyección mensual y anual.
- Analizar variaciones de los costos venta reales vs real año anterior, proyecto por elemento e identificar las causas de las variaciones..
- Determinación de variación vs PY, por Recetas en efecto Formulación y precios, Mix y Volumen.
¿Qué necesitamos de ti?
- Profesional de la carrera de Ingeniería Industrial, Contabilidad, Administración, Finanzas, Economía u otras.
- Experiencia de 02 años en el puesto o realizando funciones similares.
- Conocimiento y manejo en procesos productivos, operaciones de costos y financieras.
- Manejo de SAP o algún otro ERP a nivel intermedio.
- Otras herramientas como SQL, R, Python,
- Manejo de Microsoft Office a nivel avanzado.
- Manejo de Power BI a nivel intermedio.
