Deberás de Gestionar la administración de pedidos de los clientes en tiempo y forma, a través de las herramientas tecnológicas de la organización de la mano del aumento de la automatización en el ingreso de estos.
🔍 ¿Qué harás?
✅ Fomentar la automatización del ingreso de pedidos mediante el aumento del uso de herramientas como: Esker, eCommerce,
✅ Asegurar la agilidad en la atención diaria de los clientes internos y externos, por medio de la atención presencial, de llamadas y consultas realizadas por los medios habilitados.
✅Asegurar una excelente gestión de servicio al cliente, a través de la comunicación asertiva, amabilidad, sentido de urgencia y agilidad en las funciones del puesto.
🎯 Requisitos:
✔️ Bachiller o Perito.
✔️ Experiencia en puestos similares.
✔️ Conocimiento en uso de office 365 (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, etc.), conocimiento de SAP SD (opcional), habilidad de comunicación, resolución de problemas y enfoque al detalle.
