We currently have an exciting career opportunity as a Fabrication Operator!
This role is based in our facility in Winchester, Tennessee, and reports to our Production Manager. The successful candidate will operate and run machinery with the purpose of supporting efficient production as well as adhering to safety expectations.
We have the following shifts available:
Monday-Wednesday 7am-7pm
Monday-Wednesday 7pm-7am (Night shift)
Thursday-Saturday from 7am-7pm
Requirements
Troubleshoot and address production process problems as they arise
Ready and understand technical documentation and work instructions
Maintain a safe and clean work environment while adhering to all safety policies and procedures
Ensure and follow quality procedures are adhered to (pin holes, splicing, accurate count, accurate shipping labels, etc) and fill out the production records
Meet and maintain company ISO quality and production requirements
Working knowledge of and ability to use micrometers, dial indicators, calipers, gauge pins, impact testing and pressure test equipment
Must be eager to learn, excited to work on a team, and have good written and verbal communication skills
Other duties as the need arises or as assigned

Working Conditions
The person in this role spends almost 100% of their time in the plant environment, which will involve varying degrees of light to moderate physical labor
Requires good mobility and involves considerable lifting (less than 25 lbs.,) pulling, bending, standing, and walking
Personal safety is affected by exposure to heat, and the use of share blades for cutting rubber, however, incumbent will use standard protective equipment such as but not limited to safety shoes, safety glasses, gloves and aprons
Incumbent understands, respects and adheres to workplace Health & Safety rules and regulations, which are derived from the Occupational Health & Safety Act
