About this role
All’interno dello stabilimento FIP di Casella, parte del gruppo Aliaxis, produciamo componenti in materiale plastico utilizzati in tutto il mondo per applicazioni industriali e infrastrutturali. Per ampliare il nostro team di produzione, siamo alla ricerca di un/a Injection Operator (Operatore Stampaggio) da inserire con contratto di apprendistato di 2 anni, con lavoro su tre turni.
Di cosa ti occuperai
Entrerai a far parte del reparto stampaggio e, affiancato dai nostri formatori, imparerai a condurre le presse a iniezione e a monitorare il corretto andamento del ciclo produttivo. Sarai coinvolto anche nei controlli qualità sui pezzi, nel caricamento dei materiali e nelle attività quotidiane di manutenzione ordinaria della postazione.
Chi stiamo cercando
Cerchiamo una persona curiosa, precisa e con voglia di imparare un mestiere tecnico. Il diploma in ambito meccanico, elettronico o meccatronico è preferenziale, ma ciò che conta davvero è l’interesse per il lavoro in produzione e la disponibilità a lavorare su tre turni.
Non è obbligatoria esperienza pregressa nel ruolo.

What you'll do
- As an Injection Operator, you will learn to operate injection molding machines and monitor the production cycle. You will also be involved in quality checks, material loading, and routine maintenance activities.
