About this role
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and identify their requirements.
- Present and explain vehicle features, performance, and specifications.
- Promote Ali & Sons services at the point of sale, including registration, insurance, and after-sales services.
- Recommend optional equipment and accessories to enhance customer experience.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the Sales Manager.
- Prepare quotations including vehicle pricing, discounts, and financing requirements.
- Advise customers on current and upcoming availability of new and used vehicle models.
- Coordinate vehicle delivery with the New & Used Car Storekeeper.
- Liaise with Customer Relations Representative (Sales) for registration and insurance processing.
- Follow up with potential and existing customers to maximize conversion and retention.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Sales Manager.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Sales, preferably within a car sales or automotive environment.
- Fluency in English is essential.
- Arabic is preferred.
- Computer literate with basic system and CRM familiarity.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Customer-oriented mindset.
- Target-driven with the ability to work under pressure.
- Professional presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Team player with a proactive attitude.

Ali & Sons Marine Engineering Factory (ASMEF) was established in 2009 with the aim of catering to the Marine and Oil & Gas Industry in the UAE.
