Key Responsibilities
- Perform advanced vehicle diagnostics using computerized diagnostic tools and systems.
- Identify electrical, mechanical, and electronic faults accurately and efficiently.
- Support technicians with complex troubleshooting and repair guidance.
- Ensure repair quality meets manufacturer standards and safety requirements.
- Maintain accurate job records, diagnostic reports, and repair documentation.
- Prioritize tasks effectively without compromising quality and turnaround time.
- Follow workshop processes, health & safety standards, and company policies.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while working with internal teams.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a qualified / experienced automotive technician or diagnostic technician.
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Automotive Technology or related field.
- Relevant technical certification is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle diagnostics, electrical systems, and repair procedures.
- Computer literate with experience using computerized diagnostic systems.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Valid driving license is required.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize work effectively while maintaining quality.
