Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and map current business processes; identify improvement and automation opportunities.
- Develop future-state processes, SOPs, and standardized documentation.
- Drive Lean Six Sigma projects delivering hard and soft savings.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives aligned with KPIs and operational excellence strategy.
- Manage cross-functional projects, timelines, reporting, and stakeholder alignment.
- Facilitate training and mentoring (Yellow Belt / Green Belt).
- Monitor performance metrics, identify trends, and track financial benefits.
- Support development of internal data analytics capability (descriptive, predictive, prescriptive).
- Act as a change agent to drive adoption, engagement, and best practice sharing.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA / Master’s preferred.
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification (ASQ preferred).
- 5+ years of Continuous Improvement experience with 2+ years as full-time Black Belt.
- Proven experience in large, complex transformation projects (Big4 / MNC preferred).
- Strong background in process improvement, project management, and stakeholder management.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver measurable business results and influence without authority.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong analytical capability; proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Minitab or similar tools.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
