About the Role

We are looking for a Viral Social Media Manager to own the full process of creating, editing, and publishing viral content. This role is about creativity, curiosity, and cultural instinct. It is not about playing it safe. It is about bold, eye catching ideas that spark conversation, get shared, and make people feel something. You will use the latest AI tools to generate ideas, edit AI enhanced video content, write engaging captions, and optimize every post for reach and engagement. You will create content for ambitious, fast growing clients who want to make an impact online and grow their audiences. At AlgoViral, you will have access to powerful software and automation tools that give you maximum creative leverage. You will also play an active role in shaping the next generation of these tools by working directly with our AI and engineering teams. You will collaborate closely with AlgoViral’s CEO and CTO, receiving mentorship and guidance to help you accelerate your growth and confidence as a creator and strategist. Manage one client account from start to finish

Create and post at least three high quality pieces of content per day

What You Will Be Doing

Primary Responsibility

Create viral content that drives meaningful growth for our clients on TikTok and Instagram.

Every post should connect emotionally, entertain, and make people want to share.

Content Ideation and Creation

Spot viral trends early and adapt them for client brands

Use AI tools and data insights to brainstorm creative short form video ideas

Produce content that feels authentic, exciting, and emotionally resonant

Video Editing and Production

Edit short form videos using CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar tools

Add captions, sound, and transitions to enhance storytelling and engagement

Transform AI generated or raw footage into high quality, viral ready videos

Publishing and Optimization

Write captions and descriptions that are natural, engaging, and shareable

Use AI powered tools for hashtag and keyword discovery

Manage posting schedules and ensure consistent, high quality publishing

Growth and Analytics

Track performance data and adapt quickly to improve reach and engagement

Stay ahead of algorithm updates, cultural trends, and new creative formats

Experiment constantly with new storytelling techniques and visual styles

Feedback, Team, and Company Building

Share your knowledge and mentor others on the team

Actively seek feedback and grow through collaboration

Work with our AI and tech teams to develop better creative tools and workflows

What You Bring

Experience creating viral short form content on TikTok or Instagram Reels

Strong editing skills using CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or Final Cut

Curiosity and openness to learn new AI tools such as ChatGPT, Runway, and Midjourney

You should speak and write English confidently and have a good grasp of Western culture, particularly American trends and humor.

Deep understanding of Gen Z and internet culture, including trends and humour

Excellent writing and storytelling instincts with a feel for emotional hooks

Confidence using data to analyze performance and continuously improve

Enthusiasm for working in a fast moving, creative startup environment

Bonus Points For

A track record of viral content (share links if you have them)

Experience growing TikTok or Instagram accounts

Previous experience in digital marketing or influencer marketing

Schedule

40+ hours/week (more available if you want overtime). Initial Training Period (first month): requires some overlap with UK business hours for live reviews (we’ll agree the exact window). After training, hours are more flexible ; hit output and quality targets.

Interview Process

Step 1 - Video Introduction You will be invited to send us a short 5-minute video answering some questions about your experience

Step 2 – Paid Creative Task You’ll complete a small creative brief to show how you think and create. If you meet the bar and make a reasonable effort, you’ll receive $30 USD for your time.

Step 3 – Final Interview A short call with our team to discuss your work, goals, and fit. We make decisions quickly so you can start as soon as you’re ready.
