A champion of high visual standards, you'll have a proactive approach - directing the in-store team to exceed our merchandising goals and providing solutions as visual challenges arise.

VISUAL MERCHANDISE SUPERVISOR INITIATIVES
• Organize the implementation of decors, showcases, product display, stands, events, product launching on every retail and wholesale outlets in compliance with the creative head.
• Ensure all visual communications/directives sent to the field are consistent and functional at the field level.
• Coordinate with Merchandising, Marketing, Store Support, and Planning to compile accurate floorset and/or merchandising information.
• Oversee production of visual documents to ensure deadlines are met.
• Develop a weekly VM communication for a consistent communication to be used as a tool for merchandising in the field organization.
• Support to the Visual Field Coordinator to ensure any field challenges are addressed
• Develop, maintain and update a visual merchandising training manual for the field to use as a tool.
• Create and implement visual techniques and shop concepts integrating merchandise, display and marketing to support core business initiatives of a rising density
TEAMWORK
• Work closely with the counters’ staff for the quality and standards of display, design and decoration.
• Communicate with other team members to ensure that the work is consistent with the plan.
• Co-operate with the team to ensure the deadline of the assigned projects.
SOURCING & PRODUCTION
• Work well with the display and design suppliers to assert the work is on track.
• Work closely with the (Senior) Visual Merchandising to find out and analyze potential well-fit suppliers
Relevant Education, Knowledge & Experience:
• 5-7 years’ experience in Visual Merchandising or an equivalent field/function and an Undergraduate degree in Visual Merchandising, Interior Design or Fine/Applied Arts
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to utilize visual/illustrative methods of communication
• Application of color theory in design and merchandising solutions
Knowledge
• A passion for, and extensive knowledge in home furnishings, the way people live at home (lifestyles and values), and trends in design
• A passion for, and extensive knowledge in retailing, Visual Merchandising, customer behavior, and trends in retailing
• General knowledge and interest in graphic communication and interior design
• The ability to evaluate the store as a media both commercially and aesthetically, according to the Safat Home concept, Commercial Review standards, and Visual Merchandising professional competence
• A clear understanding of our customers' shopping behavior and how to support the HF mechanical sales system
• Attention to detail with a keen eye for aesthetics
• A proven ability of how to visualize and communicate the HF product range and business priorities in a way that is functional, inspiring, and commercial using range presentation media and display techniques
• A strong knowledge of the Safat Home concept description including our Vision and Business Idea, and a passion for AI culture and values
