Satış hedeflerini karşılamaya yönelik destek programlarını ve inisiyatifleri belirlemek,

Kısa ve uzun vadeli iş hedeflerine ulaşarak karlılığı artırmak ve pazar büyümesini sağlamak,

Bayilerle ülke genelinde etkili bir iletişim ağı oluşturmak ve sorumluluk alanındaki bayileri sürdürülebilir bir yapıda yönetmek,

Veri takibi ve müşteri yönetimi için CRM sistemini aktif şekilde kullanmak,

Faaliyetler ve hedeflerle ilgili çeyrek ve yıllık bazda sunumlar hazırlamak.
Genel yetenek ve yetkinlikler:

Lisans mezunu olmak,

Bayi yönetiminde en az 2 yıl tecrübe sahibi olmak,

Askerlik hizmetini tamamlamış olmak (Erkek Adaylar İçin),

İş geliştirici, proaktif ve problem çözen bir yaklaşımı benimsemek

Çok iyi yapılandırılmış bir iş ahlakı ve zihniyetinin yanı sıra, analitik ve organizasyonel becerilere sahip olmak

- The Regional Sales Specialist is responsible for ensuring the complete implementation of professional and consumer product strategies by dealers in line with company strategies and objectives. They will also manage the sales processes of all professional and consumer products within the dealer channel and collaborate with branch managers to execute sales strategies.
