About the job

As a student in the Governance & QHSE team, you will be part of internal projects aimed at implementing efficiency and quality-focused process improvements within our business unit. Your role will primarily focus on the seamless integration of daily work and digital solutions into our business processes, ensuring compliance with quality systems.

You will have the opportunity to dive into existing processes and ways of working across the organization to identify and analyze improvement ideas. These will often turn into implementation tasks or projects, which you will manage either independently or alongside the Governance & QHSE Manager. You will also have the possibility to form a semester project (if applicable) in parallel with your day-to-day work.

Key responsibilities:

  • Support the management of quality aspects directly related to ISO standards and Alfa Laval’s business model

  • Contribute to developing quality management systems, focusing on SOPs, instructions, and improvement projects/activities

  • Support line management and stakeholders in fulfilling their quality accountability

  • Actively contribute to maintaining and improving the defined quality levels of processes

  • Promote and participate in quality and continuous improvement projects/activities, aligning with Alfa Laval’s Quality Strategy

Who are you

You are analytical and data-driven, with strong communication and problem-solving skills. You are able to navigate across different organizational levels and facilitate collaboration between others. You thrive in a dynamic, multicultural environment, are proactive, and have a passion for continuous improvement.

What you know

  • You are in your final year of a bachelor’s or master’s degree

  • You have an interest in quality management, business processes, and digital solutions

  • Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required
