Attività
Esegue processi di saldatura su componenti di scambiatori di calore o serbatoi, partendo dalla fase di preparazione dei componenti da saldare, fino alla rifinitura degli stessi.
Garantisce la qualità, la produttività e la puntualità del lavoro a lui assegnato.
Mantiene l’ordine e la pulizia della propria postazione di lavoro e l’efficienza delle attrezzature assegnate
Conosce e rispetta attentamente le norme sulla sicurezza, salute e ambiente (ISO 9001, OHSAS, ISO 14001).
Competenze e Esperienze
Diploma di Istituto tecnico industriale o esperienza equivalente
Almeno 5 anni di esperienza lavorativa in aziende di caldareria e apparecchi a pressione
Conoscenze di base del disegno tecnico
Capacità di lettura e comprensione delle istruzioni di saldatura (Welding Procedure Specification)
Comprovata capacità nel processi di saldatura manuale (GTAW,SMAW,GMAW/FCAW)
Conoscenza di base dei materiali utilizzati nell’industria della caldareria (c.s., s.s., titanio, leghe Nichel, etc)
Conoscenza dei metodi di controlli non distruttivi (PT,MT,UT,RT)
Conoscenza di base sistema di gestione per la qualità ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001
Precisione, adattabilità, flessibilità, capacità di soluzione dei problemi, lavoro in team
Capacità di movimentazione dei componenti con impiego del carroponte
Disponibilità al lavoro in turni
