You’ll take ownership of material risk on a contract‑by‑contract basis, identifying issues early, driving proactive solutions and supporting continuous improvement across Scarborough operations. Through strong collaboration, clear communication and data‑driven decision making, you’ll help improve performance, efficiency and delivery to our customers.

You’ll bring strong communication and influencing skills, the ability to challenge constructively, and a tenacious approach to problem solving. You’ll be comfortable working across multidisciplinary teams, using data and insight to manage risk, improve processes, and drive performance against key KPIs.

A working understanding of materials planning, MRP principles, and manufacturing operations will be important, along with a proactive mindset and attention to detail.

Bonus if you have:

  • ILM Level 3, IOSH or similar qualification
  • CIPS or APICS qualification
  • Strong experience in a complex, fast‑paced manufacturing environment
