<p><span data-contrast="auto">AlertMedia is seeking a </span><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Director, Solutions Engineering</span></strong><span data-contrast="auto"> to partner closely with our sales organization and play a critical role in helping prospective customers to understand the value of our platform. This is a hands-on, player/coach role — ideal for a seasoned Solutions Engineering leader who enjoys being deeply involved in the sales process while also building, mentoring, and scaling a high-performing Solutions Engineering team over time.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p>

<li><span data-contrast="auto">Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead and develop a team of Solutions Engineers through regular 1:1s, career development planning, performance feedback, and coaching on both technical and sales skills</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Enablement & Certification: Define and execute a regional technical strategy, ensuring the team is enabled, certified, and equipped to lead value-based technical conversations across the AlertMedia platform</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Pipeline Health & Sales Partnership: Partner with Sales leadership in forecast and pipeline reviews to ensure technical readiness and alignment for active and upcoming deals</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Operational Excellence: Standardize and continuously improve Solutions Engineering best practices, demo flows, discovery approaches, and proof-of-concept (PoC) frameworks</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success to surface insights from the field and influence platform evolution</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Strategic Deal Leadership: Lead technical discovery, solution design, and demonstrations for high-value or complex accounts, serving as the technical voice and trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>

<li><span data-contrast="auto">8–10+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales Engineering, or Solutions Architecture in a SaaS organization </span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">2–3+ years in a people leadership role</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Proven success in high-growth SaaS environments, with experience supporting API-driven integrations and cloud infrastructure</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Strong understanding of sales methodologies such as MEDDICC, and experience partnering closely with Account Executives</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">A true player-coach mindset — able to move seamlessly from high-level strategy and coaching to hands-on troubleshooting and technical execution</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
