RESPONSIBILITIES
Analyze and monitor ongoing benefit plan performance, including financial modeling, budgeting, claim projections, benchmarking, and monthly reporting
- Manage complex client accounts and projects, including premium equivalent calculations, regulatory fee calculations (e.g., PCORI), and stop-loss market reviews and renewals
Support client service delivery and new business efforts by leveraging financial tools, maintaining accurate documentation, and collaborating with internal teams, carriers, and vendors
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; Life & Health License preferred
Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills with advanced Excel proficiency and strong attention to detail
Excellent communication, relationship-building, time management, and organizational skills; ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and travel as needed
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
This job requires presence in the office on a hybrid schedule as agreed with the manager.

Salary range is $107K to 120K per year.
