RESPONSIBILITIES
• Utilize the agency management system (EPIC) to service client accounts
• Handle renewal insurance marketing and prepare insurance proposals
• Process policy changes and manage invoicing efficiently
• Respond promptly to client, Account Executive, and Producer requests
• Review and provide guidance on policy forms
• Communicate with insurance underwriters to address client needs
• Stay informed on current carrier and market conditions
QUALIFICATIONS
• High School Diploma and active California Property & Casualty Insurance License.
• Minimum 4+ years of experience as an Assistant Account Manager or Account Manager.
• Strong teamwork, interpersonal skills, and a positive attitude.
• Professional oral and written communication skills in English (second language a plus).
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word) and general computer navigation.
• Ability to perform basic retail math, including fractions and percentages
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
This job requires presence in the office on a hybrid schedule as agreed with the manager.

Salary range is $29 to $43 per hour.
