How You’ll Make Your Mark
Your main tasks in this role are:
- You’ll support the planning and implementation of international procurement activities for Financial Services
- You’ll maintain and independently verify master data for completeness and accuracy
- You’ll assist in procurement activities, including conducting research, preparing, and following up on contract negotiations
- You’ll communicate regularly with global internal and external stakeholders
- You’ll create and edit presentation documents to support procurement processes
- You’ll perform various organisational and administrative tasks related to procurement
Your Profile
The requirements of the role include:
- You have completed academic education or a diploma from secondary school
- You are proficient in MS-Office
- You have very good English skills, with German would be an advantage
- You demonstrate a reliable, structured, accurate, and independent way of working
- You possess creative and solution-oriented thinking
- You are self-driven, resilient, and reliably deliver results in a dynamic environment
- You have an interest in working with payment companies, banks, insurance firms, and other financial service providers
