Customer Operations Representative OTI (with English + other EU language)

We’re looking for a Junior or Specialist who speaks English and an additional EU language at a proficient level.

In this role, a typical day will include:

  • Handle both standard and high-value, complex customer orders, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and pricing structures.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams (production, distribution) for order-related matters
  • Ensure timely and accurate invoicing for all customers by accurate order entry practices
  • Oversee complex return cases, including high-value credits and regulatory compliance.
  • Analyse and resolve customer issues promptly, ensuring effective communication and resolution
  • Act as escalation point for disputes related to billing, delivery, and returns.
  • Manage customer complaints and dissatisfaction proactively to maintain loyalty.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO ALCON:

  • Professional experience in Customer Operations (Order to Invoice/Order to Cash preferrably).
  • English + other EU language (proficient level).
  • Experience in corporate environment, preferably in Shared Service or GBS.
  • Experience in Order-to-Cash or Order-to-Invoice operations – nice to have.
  • Knowledge of SAP or Sales Force, Excel skills.
