Alcoa San Cipran está buscando un/a Supervisor/a de Recursos Humanos (HRBP).
En Recursos Humanos serás una pieza clave para atraer, desarrollar y acompañar al talento; participarás en la creación de una cultura que impulsa el bienestar y la diversidad, contribuirás al desarrollo de equipos altamente comprometidos y alineados con una misión global, y formarás parte activa de un entorno que apuesta por la innovación, el crecimiento profesional y el impacto real.
Las principales funciones del puesto que estamos buscando son:
- Prestar apoyo en las todas las actividades de RR. HH, incluyendo selección, relaciones laborales y gestión del talento entre otras.
- Colaborar para impulsar la efectividad organizativa y el desarrollo del liderazgo.
- Apoyar a las plantas en el proceso de negociación colectiva y fortalecer las relaciones sindicales.
- Participar activamente en todas las reuniones de RR. HH. con el comité de empresa.
- Colaborar en la preparación de juicios.
- Apoyo en las actividades de formación y desarrollo de talento.
- Colaborar en las iniciativas de reconocimiento y comunicación de las plantas y de los grupos de Diversity & Inclusion.
- Participar en investigaciones y expedientes disciplinarios, proporcionando recomendaciones e implementando acciones correctivas cuando sea necesario.
Y los requisitos del puesto son:
- Grado en derecho, relaciones laborales o psicología
- Experiencia de más de 5 años, deseable en entorno industrial
- Buen nivel de inglés
- Valorable Máster de gestión de RRHH

What you'll do
- The Supervisor/a de Recursos Humanos will support all HR activities, including recruitment, labor relations, and talent management. They will also collaborate on organizational effectiveness and leadership development while participating in collective bargaining processes.
