About the Role:

The People Analytics Analyst is responsible for collecting, compiling, and analyzing HR data, metrics, and statistics to generate actionable insights. This role supports strategic and operational decision-making related to recruitment, attrition, headcount projections, and other Human Capital Management (HCM) metrics.

  • Analyze HR data to identify trends in recruitment, hiring practices, turnover, and other people metrics.

  • Collect, consolidate, and ensure data quality across sources such as Workday, local HR systems, surveys, exit interviews, and employment records.

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks (including Power BI) to deliver KPIs and support both operational and strategic analytics.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define use cases and data-driven approaches for talent-related challenges, providing actionable insights.

  • Build forecasting models using statistical techniques to anticipate workforce needs and mitigate organizational risks.

  • Ensure People Analytics governance and adoption, including data privacy compliance, user support and training, and critical evaluation of Large Language Model (LLM) outputs.

What you can bring to this role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in data Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Administration or Engineering with a strong emphasis on analytics and data orientation, or a related field.

  • Experience in Data Analysis

  • Power BI (Power Query (M), DAX, Data Visualization), Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint)

  • English proficiency (B2 level or higher)

Skills That Would Be a Plus:

  • Azure, Python, Databricks, SQL

  • Database design principles and best practices

  • Knowledge of People Analytics metrics and data privacy/security

  • Workday HRIS experience

  • Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
