Main responsibilities:

The Systems Support Analyst is responsible for providing technical support, maintaining IT systems, and ensuring reliable operation of business applications and infrastructure. This role serves as a key point of contact for end users, troubleshooting technical issues, support system enhancements, and contributing to the overall stability, security, performance, and continuous improvement of our organization’s technology environment. 

  • Provide day-to-day technical support for end users, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues. 
  • Monitor, maintain, and support enterprise systems, applications, and infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and availability.  
  • Configure, install, and maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices, operating systems, and standard business applications. 
  • Respond to service desk tickets and incidents in accordance with established SLAs, documenting issues and resolutions thoroughly. 
  • Diagnose and resolve system errors, performance issues, and connectivity problems across on-premises and cloud-based environments. 
  • Collaborate with internal IT teams, Corporate IT teams, and third-party vendors to resolve complex technical issues and implement system improvements. 
  • Perform routine system maintenance, patching, and updates to ensure security and reliability. 
  • Participate in after-hours and/or on-call support as required. 
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding of employees, including system access, equipment setup, and orientation support. 
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and knowledge base articles for systems and support process flows. 
  • Provide basic training and guidance to end users on systems, tools, and best practices. 
  • Support IT projects such as system upgrades, migrations, deployments, and security initiatives as needed. 
  • Ensure systems, processes, and access controls comply with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements by supporting IT general controls, audit readiness, documentation, and timely remediation of identified control gaps or deficiencies. 
  • Actively participate in continuous improvement efforts by evaluating existing technologies and proposing solutions that increase efficiency, reliability, and scalability. 

     

We are looking for candidates who possess the following:

  • 4-year college degree or equivalent experience 
  • 3-4 years of industry experience supporting distribution centers.  
  • Experience with PC applications and computer systems. 
  • Work independently and maintain high intensity with minimal supervision 
  • Analyze, problem solve, organize, and communicate (written & oral) effectively 
  • Effectively use advanced PC skills (e.g. Microsoft Suite tools) 
  • Develop and provide training or give formal presentations in group settings 
  • Support Lifecycle Management of systems and technologies 
  • Manhattan Active Warehouse Management System experience is preferred
