À propos du poste
Nous recherchons un(e) IDEST passionné(e) et compétent(e) pour rejoindre notre équipe pluridisciplinaire. Vous serez en charge:
Des visites individuelles, en présentiel et en distanciel, sous protocole de collaboration avec le médecin du travail
De la mise en place d'actions de prévention individuelles, collectives pendant le tiers temps dédié
D'aider notre équipe de Prévenir à mettre en place les outils et procédures adaptées pour servir nos adhérents et leurs salariés
Ce poste requiert une solide connaissance en santé au travail (3 ans d'expérience minimum) ainsi qu'une capacité à travailler dans un environnement dynamique.
Prévenir est un nouveau service, participer à sa mise en place est un challenge excitant qui nécessite de la créativité et un intérêt important pour les nouvelles technologies.
Responsabilités
Assurer les visites selon les protocoles établis
Collaborer avec l'équipe pluridisciplinaire pour planifier et coordonner les actions et le suivi
Conseiller l'équipe de développement sur les procédures et outils à déployer
Tenir à jour les dossiers médicaux en respectant la terminologie médicale
Réaliser les actions de prévention en milieu professionnel
Participer à la gestion administrative liée au suivi
Profil recherché
Diplôme d'État d'infirmier(e) requis
Formations en santé au travail requises (DIUST, afometra...)
3 ans d'expérience en santé au travail après DIUST
Excellentes compétences en communication et capacité à établir une relation de confiance avec les salariés et les adhérents
