About this role
Set up and operate various finishing machines including Kolbus perfect binders, Muller Martini saddle stitchers, folding machines, sewing , and Wholemberg gathering machines,cutting machines.
Set up and Configure Automatic die cutting, foiling, embossing, Brausee folder gluer and Bag fabrication machines (Champion) based on job specs and material typeMonitor output for binding strength, stitching accuracy, fold precision, and cutting alignment
Conduct visual and manual checks to ensure product meets quality standardPerform routine cleaning, Follow the preventive maintenance schedule
Identify and escalate mechanical issues or misfeeds to the foreman or maintenance team
