Job Purpose

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager – Aerospace, this role ensures the deployment of robust CRM tools, skilled personnel, and data-driven processes to enhance sales forecasting, customer engagement, and pipeline management. 

Key Accountabilities

-Lead CRM initiative and platform to support sales & customer service teams.
-Drive and own Win Room (Margin & Tender management) activities to secure and expand our business
-Develop and execute a regional CRM strategy to enhance sales forecasting, pipeline management, and customer engagement across all Aerospace segments.
-Collaborate with Area Sales Managers and Key Account Managers to align CRM tools with segment-specific needs (e.g., GA’s high-volume accounts, Air Defense’s secure data protocols).
-Oversee the implementation and customization of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), ensuring seamless integration with IBP processes and sales workflows.
-Monitor and report on CRM performance, delivering data-driven insights on user adoption, pipeline accuracy, and customer engagement to the Regional Sales Manager.
-Align with Global Commercial Excellence Team to drive continuous improvement in CRM processes, optimizing data quality, user experience, and sales efficiency to support regional goals.
-Conduct market and client data analysis to identify trends, upselling opportunities, and customer needs, providing actionable insights to sales teams.
-Support sales teams with CRM training and tools, enhancing their ability to manage client relationships and close deals effectively.
-Ensure adherence to corporate policies and data security regulations in all CRM activities.
-Facilitate cross-functional alignment by integrating CRM data with technical services, R&D, and supply chain to support client solution delivery.
-Proactively resolve CRM-related issues, such as system downtimes or data inaccuracies, coordinating with IT and sales teams to maintain operational continuity.
-Maintain prices in Saturn SAP system for entities in APAC (i.e. Dongguan, Chonburi, Changzhou).

Experience

Knowledge & Experience:
·      7-10 years of experience in CRM management, sales operations, or related roles, with at least 4 years in aerospace, paints and coatings, or high-tech B2B industries, ideally supporting sales teams.
·      Deep expertise in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics), including system configuration, data analytics, and integration with sales processes.
·      Preferable knowledge on SAP – Pricing related topics  
·      Proven experience in leveraging CRM systems and Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes to optimize sales forecasting, pipeline management, and customer engagement across multiple segments.
·      Preferred: Background in implementing CRM solutions for aerospace clients (e.g., OEMs, MROs, defense contractors) and experience with data security in regulated industries.
Education:
·      Minimum Bachelor’s degree in business management, information systems, marketing, or a related field.
·      Master’s of Business Administration (MBA) or advanced degree in business, data analytics, or technology management preferred, with coursework in CRM systems or sales operations.
Skills:
·      Leadership: Strong ability to lead CRM teams and guide sales teams in adopting CRM tools, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making.
·      Stakeholder Management: Advanced expertise in collaborating with sales managers, key account managers, and technical teams to align CRM strategies with client needs.
·      Project Management: Robust skills in managing CRM implementation projects, system upgrades, and cross-functional integrations under tight timelines.
